As all items in this shop are custom-made to order — including personalized text, house numbers, business signage, and photo-based metal prints — orders cannot be cancelled or withdrawn once production has begun.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within [X hours] of placing it, before production starts. Once production has begun, we're unable to accept cancellations or withdrawals under EU right of withdrawal exceptions for personalized goods.
